The Board of Directors of Allgon AB consists of the Chairman of the Board as well as four ordinary members. All members of the Board are appointed by the majority owner at the AGM with a term of office from the AGM until the end of the next AGM. No member currently has any assignment in the Group. Secretary to the Board is the Group’s CFO.
At the 2021 Extraordinary general meeting, Sophie Hagströmer was elected Chairwoman of the Board.
The daily operations of Allgon AB are managed by the CEO together with the staff in each area.

Sophie Hagströmer holds a MSc in Industrial Management and Engineering from Lund Institute of Technology and University of California. Since 2019 she holds the position as Investment Director at Bure Equity and is also Chairman of the Board of BioLamina AB as well as Board Director at Bure Growth AB.
Previous experience as Partner at Scope Equity and Senior Investment Manager at Novax. In addition, Sophie has served as financial advisor at Alfred Berg ABN AMRO and before that as financial consultant at Capacent.

Trolle Sahlström holds a BSc in Business Administration from University of Bath and currently works as an Investment Manager at Bure Equity. Other board assignments include Mercuri International and Scandinova Systems. Previous experience in M&A and corporate finance at Rothschild & Co.

Anders Björkman is educated at Chalmers and Chairman of the Board of Eloanroad AB, Ovzon AB, Vinnergi Holding AB, Maven Wireless AB and Proptivity AB. Board Member of Tele2 AB. Former CEO of OnePhone, Argnor Wireless Ventures, SEC and Tele2.

Ingalill Östman is a civil engineer with experience from a number of leading roles in global groups. Most recently as communications director at Castellum, with previously high positions within SKF and ABB. She also sits on the Bellman Group’s Board of Directors, is a member of the Board and a member of the Audit Committee in Länsförsäkringar Gothenburg and Bohuslän, and a member of the Board of the StyrelseAkademien Västsverige. Has also previously been a board member of Ovako Group.

Former CEO of Volvo Penta and Volvo Finance, CFO and Division Manager at Volvo Trucks and Marketing Director at Volvo Cars Japan.
